This is a personal portfolio site. It sets no cookies and shows no ads.
Analytics
Visits are counted with GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It does not use cookies and stores no data on your device. It records aggregate figures only — page visited, referring site, browser, operating system, screen size and country. Your IP address and browser user-agent are used briefly, in memory, to group requests into an anonymous session for eight hours, then discarded; they are never written to disk. None of the stored data can be used to identify you.
Contact form
If you send a message through the contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are delivered to my inbox and stored in Netlify’s form dashboard so I can reply. They are not used for anything else and are deleted once the conversation has run its course.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server access logs (including IP addresses) for security and operational purposes, as any web host does.
